About Stack Diary
This project was started in December 2021. Since then (as of March 2023), the site has grown exponentially and is now visited by more than 120,000 developers and professionals every month.
Building things on the Web, for the Web
Web development, and indeed Web design, is an extremely complex field that is divided into many categories and sub-categories. In fact, since 2010 and the rapid rise of frameworks – web development has become more accessible in the sense that it is easier than ever to bootstrap applications. But, at the same time, it has become less accessible in the sense that for the average person to learn how to build even basic apps – they’re required to process enormous amounts of information.
As such, our goal is to help both inexperienced but also experienced developers and designers find the tools and resources they need, without the noise and overwhelming amounts of tech-speak.
Here are some of the articles and topics you can expect to see published on this site:
- Guides, tutorials, and the latest news in Web development & design.
- Detailed reviews and comparisons for various tools, services, templates, etc.
- Code snippets, particularly for languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Trends in rapidly growing fields, such as AI.
- Anything else we feel like, really.
Our plans for the future are largely dependent on the success that we can achieve with this project over time.
